James, Melissa, Kendall & Caleb are long time members of the Hallsville community. Both James (1993) and Melissa (1994) graduated from Hallsville. James & Melissa were High School Sweetheart's and were married in 1999. They live on Welch family land that has been in the family since 1919.
After the birth of their first Child, Kendall Maerye, they were lead to Lewisville, TX where the Lord renewed their walk, marriage, callings and purposes over the course of seven years.
Then in 2015 they were called back to Hallsville to plant 1Family Fellowship, on their family land , partner with the growing community of Hallsville, and encourage the Body of Christ In and around Hallsville.
James is active in the community and is also the chief contractor in the construction of our building.
Melissa is a Coordinator, for the Center for Effective Schools at the Region 7 Service Center.
Kendall is on the Bobcat Drum Line and a member of the Bobcat Band Auxiliary Line, planning to further her education in Speech Pathology, after she graduates in 2025.
Caleb is in the 5th grade and loves, Jesus, video games, animation and drawing.
Steven & Lori Ball
Steven and Lori, are native East Texans. Steven graduated from Hallsville in 1996, and Lori Graduated from Pine Tree in 1985. The Ball's own Allied Trophy in Longview and Lori is a Contract Consultant for Retail business solutions. Steven and Lori have a passion for Discipleship and Evangelism and have a huge heart for the East Texas Body of Christ.
John & Kami Beard are passionate about the next generation! Kami is a High school Math Teacher at Hallsville ISD and a Refit Instructor and John graduated with his Bachelors from ETBU, and is now pursuing his teaching certificate. John & Kami love to spend their time building relationships with the next generation and encouraging them towards Christ. We are blessed to have them as part of our family.
Kami is a HS math teacher and Refit instructor. She serves as our Secretary and as a Co- Minister for our youth group. We are excited that she is part of our family.
